Michael Tang

Mr. Tang has broad expertise encompassing corporate management and operation, strategy and investment, finance, assets management, and investment banking. With 20 years experience, he most recently served as Managing Director in CBC Group and CFO of CBC Healthcare Infrastructure Platform. He previously served as Vice President of Strategy and Investment in Luye Medical International Group, CFO of Luye Vela Diagnosis, Vice President of Strategy and Investment in Spruce World Information Technology Company, Partner and Deputy CEO of Harvest Capital International. He has also held several positions in Macquarie Group, including China Head of Infrastructure and Utilities, and Beijing Chief Representative for Macquarie Capital. He worked in Goldman Sachs as analyst in Investment Banking Division in Beijing and Hong Kong offices. Michael holds B.A. and M.A. in Finance from Peking University.
