Mr. Goddard brings broad expertise in corporate finance, including over 20 Initial Public Offerings as well as high-yield and investment grade debt offerings. He has over 25 years of experience at major US law firms, focusing on corporate transactional work, and has advised clients on mergers, restructurings, and bank loans. Mr. Goddard began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. His most recent position was as a partner in the New York office of White & Case LLP. Mr. Goddard’s practice has been international, working out of New York and Hong Kong and representing clients on every continent. He received a BS in Economics from the University of Florida, an MBA from Yale University, and a JD from Columbia Law School.
